90 day food plan

I found on the WordPress gluten free site a 90  day OA food plan that I will be beginning tomorrow.

Breakfast

6 oz grapefruit, 4 oz cooked oatbran, 8 oz Greek yogurt

Lunch

12 oz cooked cabbage/tomatoes, 4 oz hamburger patty, .5 oz evoo, 6 oz apple

Dinner

12 oz tomato juice, 4 oz beans, .5 oz evoo, 2 brown rice cakes
